Payment Terms

Upon acceptance of the Rental Application, an Invoice will be sent to the applicant via email confirming the booking.  To secure the booking, a $250 payment is required (per cottage) with the remaining balance(s) due upon check-in.      

Payment(s) can be made by Visa, MasterCard or E-Transfer.  All payments are in Canadian Funds and are subject to 13% HST. 

 

Reserving A Cottage

All applicants must be 25 (twenty-five) years of age or older.  

The applicant agrees to assume responsibility for any and all costs and charges relating to the cottage rental.

 

Cancellations

Notice must be received 30 days prior to the check-in date to receive a refund on all monies paid.  

Cancellations within the 30 days check-in period may be subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
